- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I have just picked up my dog from this excuse for a kennels. He and his bedding were soaked in urine. There was no heating in his kennel and he was in an obvious state of distress. He is a clean and well trained elderly dog. I can only assume that such was his distress that he urinated on his own bedding. The place was freezing. When I dropped him off I queried the lack of a bulb in the infra red heater and was told it would be attended to. We returned a day early and found there was still no bulb. When I asked for an explanation I was told the bulbs were removed every morning and replaced in the afternoon - Really!!! This kennels is not fit for purpose, if you love your dog do not leave it here, I have been in tears thinking of what my poor pet suffered while I was enjoying a brief Christmas holiday. His excitement at seeing us, and his rush to get in the car spoke volumes.By Admin, September 11, 2018
